Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of applications and services provided by JParr Holdings LLC ("we," "us," "our"), including UnreckAI and any future applications we develop. By downloading, installing, or using our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our applications.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our applications on Apple devices that you own or control, for your personal or internal business use. This license is subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and any usage rules set forth therein.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of our applications require a paid subscription. Subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Free Tier: Core features are available at no cost. Free features include invisible character removal, whitespace normalization, encoding fixes, AI intro and ending removal, and issue summaries.
• Pro Tier: Advanced features, including format translation, Apple Intelligence integration, AI writing style detection, and advanced formatting controls, require an active Pro subscription. Pro is offered on a monthly or annual basis, with a 14-day free trial.
• Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our applications only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our applications
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on our applications
• Redistribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or lend our applications to third parties
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on our applications
• Use our applications in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services

Intellectual Property

Our applications, including their design, code, features, documentation, and content, are the intellectual property of JParr Holdings LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "UnreckAI" name and associated logos are trademarks of JParr Holdings LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

Your Content

Our applications process text and formatting data that you provide through normal use (such as pasting text). This content remains yours at all times. We do not claim any ownership of your content. As described in our Privacy Policy, your content is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JParr Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of our applications, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our applications shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use our applications will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our applications after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
